When are the attractions open?Arizona's Original Scream Park attractions are generally open Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights during the month of October and the entire week of Halloween. Please see our Schedule Page for exact dates and times.
Are you open if it's raining? This is at our discretion. You may give us a call to find out if we are open or closed. We will also post it to our website if we are closed. If we are open on misty, drizzly nights, our waiting lines are under cover. However, the park is not under a big umbrella, so it will be wet.
What should I wear? You are coming to an outdoor park, so don't wear your best, brand new clothes or shoes!
What is the appropriate age for kids?Parents need to be the judge of their own kids and how they handle scary things. A ten year old may have a blast, but a 40 year old may end up crying.
Has anyone ever P***** their pants?Yes, frequently, more than once a night.
If I don't do all of the attractions tonight, can I use my ticket another night?Yes. For each attraction you do, your wrist band will be punched. As long as your wrist band isn't punched for an attraction, you may use it on any other night we are open.
What if I don't want to wait in line? You can purchase a VIP Ticket or Speed Pass. By-pass those waiting in line and start your haunting experience sooner.
Who comes up with the Scares? The Sick Twisted mind of the Owner
Is there Security at Arizona's Original Scream Park?Yes, Uniformed Police Officers, Security Staff and plain clothed Security Personnel and attractions are monitored by a Video surveillance system. Arizona's Original Scream Park has a ZERO Tolerance policy for trouble makers or unruly guests. These people will be ejected from the premises without a refund. We want everyone to have a safe and fun experience at Arizona's Original Scream Park.
Are alcoholic beverages permitted at Arizona's Original Scream Park?NO! Alcoholic beverages are not allowed nor do we serve any! Any violators of this policy will be ejected from the premises without a refund.
What if I'm too scared or my kid is too scared, can I get a refund?Sorry, but no refunds. You have purchased a ticket for the Arizona's Original Scream Park haunted attractions. You've paid to be scared. So, if you or your child are so scared that you can't continue through the haunts, then we have done our job. There would be no reason for a refund.
